This simply allows us to confirm it is you completing the assessment and to provide any support you may need.

A working webcam is required to complete the course. We respect your privacy and recommend choosing a space with minimal background distractions whenever your camera is on.

Yes, you're welcome to visit us in person — however an appointment is essential. Our team members work flexibly and also work actively in real estate, which means we are not always in the office. Booking an appointment in advance ensures we are there to meet you when you arrive.

To book an appointment, email us at info@tlt.net.au

Our student support team is available via multiple channels:

  • Email: info@tlt.net.au
  • Phone support during business hours
  • Online message system through the student portal
  • Video conference via Google Meet — request a booking through the portal

We're always here to help with any questions or concerns throughout your studies.
