Enrolment is quick and simple and fully online:
The whole process is quick and straightforward. If you have any questions before enrolling, email us at info@tlt.net.au
Our student portal uses two-factor authentication to keep your data secure. If you use a work email address and later change jobs, you may lose access to that email — which means you could lose access to your learning portal mid-course.
Using a personal email address you'll always have access to ensures your studies aren't interrupted by a change in employment. We recommend using Gmail, Outlook, or another personal account.
To meet compliance requirements and maintain the integrity of your assessments, you may be asked to have your camera switched on during certain assessments or one-on-one sessions with your trainer. This simply allows us to confirm it is you completing the assessment and to provide any support you may need.
A working webcam is required to complete the course. We respect your privacy and recommend choosing a space with minimal background distractions whenever your camera is on.
Yes, you're welcome to visit us in person — however an appointment is essential. Our team members work flexibly and also work actively in real estate, which means we are not always in the office. Booking an appointment in advance ensures we are there to meet you when you arrive.
